we carry products of several manufacturers, we are kind of a one-stop shopping source in our part of the world for most residential

We’re not afraid of being undersold because we provide quailty products at reasonable prices. Because
of our experience and interaction with different companies, we are able to give you the benefit of our product
knowledge. We find some suppliers do better in one product than another and we are happy to offer that
knowledge to our customers to make informed buying decisions. Residential
elevators are rated on several different points: the weight capacity, the cab size, the desired amenities, and most
importantly the drive system. We have hydraulic units, cable winding units, and counter-weight balanced
units. These elevators are economically priced from $16,500 and $17,900 for a 2-stop application and $19,500-26,000
for a 3-stop (depending on installation location).
One Elevator that we continue to get good reports on is the LEV manufactured by Access Industries.
It has an efficient counter-weight balanced drive system and smooth operation. It also has a battery
back-up for emergency power outages and a load capacity of 950 pounds. The installed
price locally is $19,500.
VERTICAL and INCLINE PLATFORM LIFTS
We represent a couple
manufacturers who do well with vertical platform lifts. Customer satisfaction
is important to us so we are careful regarding our recommendations.
The price range is between $5,500 and $6,500 installed for short runs. They
can be used in a covered or uncovered settings.

400-pound weight capacity. The Excel is well known for its durability and is highly recommended. We

product, The ASCENT. It is fully electric, has safety locks on the hoistway doors, and will accomodate
