The CHE
Elevator has arrived.
Home elevators will never be the same. Are you building or thinking
about building your new multi-story home? Then you should consider the advantages of adding the CHE
Everyday Home Elevator.
The CHE is the first home elevator designed for the needs of new home
construction - so it fits very well into nearly all new home designs. Multi-story luxury home? Ranch style with a basement?
Or a multi-story condo or town home? The CHE is the right choice for any of them. Including your home.
Our
elevator engineers took a "clean-sheet-of-paper" approach to home elevators with the CHE. And it shows. They eliminated
the need for a machine room. They gave it greater lifting capacity and more standard features than comparably priced elevators.
They made it easy to manufacture and install. Meaning you won't have to endure months and months of waiting for your elevator.
And they delivered all of this for thousands less than comparable (if there are any) home elevators from other manufacturers.
Home elevators will never be the same again.
The Everyday Home Elevator
The first choice for your new home.
The Best Technology Rises to the Top. The CHE
has a very space-efficient design because we realize how valuable your living space is. Low overhead clearance and pit requirements
keep the CHE design compact.
Most
home elevators require a separate area to house the controller and drive system that raises and lowers the elevator car. The CHE
eliminates wasted space by mounting the drive system and controller directly inside the top of the hoistway. This conserves
valuable living space in your home. And for homes in areas subject to flooding, having the drive mounted on top of the hoistway
is an added benefit.
The CHE has an in-line geared machine drive with counterweight system that allows
for a smooth, secure ride and the ability to lift up to 950 lbs. The CHE can travel up to 50 feet - providing basement
to top story access with service up to five stops.
The CHE
has been safety-tested by our team of exacting elevator engineers to ensure its reliability and durability. Your safety is
their overriding concern. Every CHE comes equipped with standard safety devices like hoistway door interlocks, a slack
chain safety to stop and hold the elevator car, and an emergency light and alarm. An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and
auto lowering are standard. The CHE monitors its performance to help prevent problems before they occur.
Build the CHE that's right for your new home.
Your CHE elevator car
is a reflection of your home and its design. That's why we offer three standard car styles to start designing from - durable

oak, oak or white finish; two recessed car lights; wooden handrail; plywood floor; car operating panel and hall stations in
choice of finish; battery backup emergency light and alarm; stop switch; automatic car lighting, digital floor position indicator
and a telephone.
